James McGarrity

Jim qualified as a solicitor in 1984, he became a Partner in Geoffrey Leaver in 1986 and is now the firm’s Senior Partner.

He has experience of a wide variety of contentious work and now undertakes a case load that includes complex personal injury cases (Fatal Accidents, serious orthopaedic injuries to include amputations), industrial disease, clinical negligence and contentious probate.

Away from the office he plays Golf, watches National Hunt Racing and Supports Oxford United FC.
