Troy Warner

Troy is joint Head of the Corporate Commercial Department. His expertise includes buying and selling companies and businesses; corporate finance; drafting distribution agreements and franchise agreements and he has particular experience of commercial technical issues involving Intellectual Property Rights.

Troy studied Law and French at University in Leicester and has worked in France. He speaks fluent French and is a member of the French Chamber of Commerce and the Solicitors European Group.

He is a keen golfer and enjoys white-water kayaking.
